During the inspection, try inserting several places on the entire circumference of the end face of the bearing inner ring and the shaft shoulder. If there is a gap and it is uniform, it means that the bearing is not installed in place, and the inner ring of the bearing should be pressurized to make it close to the shaft shoulder;
2) If the pressure is increased and it is not tight, it means that the fillet of the journal fillet is too large and the bearing is stuck, and the journal fillet should be trimmed to make it smaller;
3) If it is found that the thickness gauge of the end face of the bearing inner ring and the individual parts of the bearing shoulder can pass, it means that it must be disassembled at this time, trimmed and reinstalled.
